1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from SVC-USA, LLC. Messages may include:

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
- SVC-USA does not guarantee that SMS transmissions will be uninterrupted or error-free.

- Use of the SMS service implies your acceptance of these terms.
8. Governing Law & Amendments
- These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SVC-USA operates.
- SVC-USA reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and will be dated accordingly. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
